#11 Airbnb Blog | Airbnb News
One of my biggest dreams is to have a bunch of investment properties in my name. In this Airbnb blog post I want to share with you some of my strategies for achieving great wealth. I’m in no way an expert on this stuff, but I do know a thing or two about opportunity. This won’t be a huge list of things to do, but rather a place to share thoughts and opinions on the subject matter of Airbnb news. Most people don’t realize the amount of money one can make from real estate investments. I’m here to share with you that you can create real wealth through this avenue of approach. Random thought: I just wish there was an Airbnb news update that allowed users to rent out motorcycles. I would like to rent out my motorcycle for extra income.
I never taught myself much about real estate investing, but growing up, working on homes, taught me a lot about appreciating assets. While remodeling homes growing up, I was always adding a new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, etc. to an older home that I lived in. My dad had been buying properties and fixing them up for decades. I didn’t know much about real estate investments, not until I was promised a home in my fathers will. That is when I started learning more about the business. I know a little bit about rental properties, but im ready and willing to learn more. I have rented many book on the subject of real estate that I plan to read on a daily basis. I want to increase my financial IQ.
Airbnb interests me because it seems like a solid way to get steady renters into your home. Airbnb has a lot of people visiting their website. This amount of people looking to rent can be a blessing. If a homeowner can’t find renters, they can always list their property on the Airbnb Blog or website. This Airbnb blog post is especially neat because I know what goes into remodeling a house. I can tell you that it takes time and money to fix a house up. I can also tell you that hiring a property manager is the way to go. Also, stay clear of homeowners associations because there can be high costs associated with these practices, and you are limited to customization of your property.
This is all for now. I hope your dreams come true. See you on the next blog post.
Respectfully Written,
Carl Wolfgang Schultz
